Summer intern at AU will contribute to Overture VSCode migration.

VDM for VSCode

• Added Java Code Generation reusing OVT jars. Added Import Library. Added Import Example Project.
• Added structured outlining, which allows better navigation, including proper use of the breadcrumbs bar.
• Working on CSV and VDMUnit library native code (porting from Overture)
